Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Loyzee App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

1. Account Registration

To use the Loyzee App, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

  • 1.1

    You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. Providing false information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

  • 1.2

    You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

  • 1.3

    You must notify us immediately at info@loyzee.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2. Loyzee Points and Rewards

Loyzee Points are earned through qualifying purchases and activities within the platform. The following conditions apply:

  • 2.1

    Loyzee Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform. They may only be redeemed for rewards available within the App at the time of redemption.

  • 2.2

    Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Loyzee reserves the right to adjust the value or conditions of Points at its sole discretion.

  • 2.3

    Loyzee reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of Points earned before processing any redemption request. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in suspension of rewards and account termination.

3. User Conduct

By using the Loyzee App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms:

  • 3.1

    You may not use the App to engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts, manipulating Points, or attempting to exploit any system vulnerability.

  • 3.2

    You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. You may not upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code to the platform.

  • 3.3

    Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all accumulated Points, and possible legal action.

4. Privacy Policy

  • 4.1

    Your use of the Loyzee App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal data.

5. Termination

Loyzee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • 5.1

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

  • 5.2

    Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and all accumulated Points will be forfeited. Loyzee will not be liable for any loss resulting from termination of your account.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • 6.1

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

  • 6.2

    Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
